Ah, Breaking Bad. The show has a mild-mannered chemistry teacher and turns him into the world’s most dangerous bald man. It also made people stress-eat or just sit in silence for a full minute. So, which episodes do fans unanimously agree are the best? Let’s break it down.

Ozymandias (Season 5, Episode 14)

Ozymandias is where everything falls apart. It has death, betrayal, and the kind of emotional trauma that stays with you for days. Hank is gone. Jesse is tortured. Walt finally realises he’s the villain. It’s the moment where all of Walter White’s bad decisions come crashing down, and honestly, it’s TV at its absolute peak. If you only watch one episode of Breaking Bad, make it this one but also, why are you watching just one episode?
Felina (Season 5, Episode 16)

The grand finale, huh? The episode that somehow managed to give closure. Walter White goes full Heisenberg one last time, ties up loose ends, and even finds a way to kind of redeem himself. Guns, poison, an emotionally broken Jesse; Felina is everything you’d want in a series finale. We see Walt’s fate in the most poetic way possible.
The Fly (Season 3, Episode 10)

And now, for the most divisive episode on this list. The Fly is Breaking Bad at its most experimental. Walt, spiraling into paranoia, spends an entire episode trying and failing to kill a fly in the meth lab. That’s it. That’s the episode. But underneath, it’s a slow-burn character study of a man. Also, it made us all irrationally angry at an insect.
